Caroline Ryder

Caroline Ryder (she/her) is an Irish-Brazilian writer based in Los Angeles, California. A member of the WGA, she holds an MFA in Screenwriting from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. A regular contributor to Dazed magazine, she has ghostwritten several memoirs including ”Dirty Rocker Boys” (Gallery Books, 2013, named among the “50 greatest rock memoirs of all time” by Rolling Stone magazine) and “Let There Be GWAR,” a coffee table book about 90s metal band, GWAR. Her short fiction has been published in Nikki Finke’s Hollywood Dementia, and the anthologies "All The King’s Horses: An Expression of Depression Vol. 3" (Little Episodes) and "Slouching Towards Los Angeles: Living and Writing By Joan Didion’s Light" (Rare Bird). She is currently collaborating with festival producer Insomniac to develop a Museum of American Rave. In her spare time, she pets her unruly chihuahua, The Mole, and obsesses on Lana Del Rey.
